These terms govern use of Midium, an inference and agent-context service from RecursionAI LLC. By using the Services you agree to them.
Token billing
Midium token-billed inference is charged per million tokens at the rates published on the website. It does not retain prompts or generated responses. This tier is inference only and does not include Vaults. You are responsible for how you use model outputs.
Dedicated capacity
Midium Dedicated Capacity is reserved cloud inference on the same models and API. It does not retain prompts or generated responses. Commercial terms, including capacity and per-seat Vault pricing, will be published on the website when the tier is offered.
Local
Midium Local is a commercial desktop license per machine: $150/mo for a Mac Mini license or $300/mo for a Mac Studio license, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Local inference is air-gapped: your prompts and outputs stay on the licensed machine. A Local license does not by itself include Vault seats.
Vaults
Midium Vaults are shared context for an engineering team. They are licensed per seat on Midium Dedicated Capacity and on Midium Local, at the rates published on the website. No seat rate is published yet. Vaults are not included in token-billed inference. Vault contents persist until you delete them. We do not train on vault contents. Dedicated Vaults are hosted. Local vaults stay on the licensed machine.
Acceptable use
You will not use the Services to violate law, attack systems you do not own, or attempt to extract weights or circumvent licensing.
