Dedicated capacity and Hub license
Dedicated capacity is hardware Midium owns, manages, and hosts for your team. A Hub license runs the same Vaults, sub-agents, and API on hardware you own and manage. Admin controls are in Settings. Every member uses Midium Desktop.
Members
There is no per-seat fee. Member admin is in Settings. Each person uses Midium Desktop.
Vault sharing
Shared Vaults come with dedicated capacity or a Hub license. A personal Vault stays free in Midium Desktop. Sharing is controlled in Settings.
Capacity
Dedicated capacity includes the library for that tier, admin controls in Settings, and Private Relay. A Hub license is the same software on hardware you run. Open dedicated capacity.
Private Relay
Private Relay connects your team to its hub over an end-to-end encrypted WireGuard network scoped to your team. Devices join only with single-use, time-limited, license-verified keys, and each member connects with their own key over TLS that terminates at the hub itself, so nothing in between can decrypt it. Nothing on the hub is publicly exposed: no public URL, no port forwarding, no system VPN or admin rights, and the tunnel carries Midium traffic only. Vault permissions are checked on every request.
